My name is Veronica Forbes, I am the founder and Owner of Forbes Catering. I have been cooking for a little over 20 years. My passion for cooking started when I was a little girl and helping my mother cook meals for the holidays. This is one of my favorite child hood memories. Folks would pay my mother to cook whole holiday meals and different dishes for various occasions. Especially her Potato Salad & Fried Chicken, we sure did a ton of cooking which was the beginning inspiration that lead me to cooking. I learned how to cook a many of dishes by and before the age of 14. I take pride in seeing the joy on others face after chowing down on some good ole home cooking. My goal is to make sure that each and every customer is 100% satisfied.
